Overview

Vision One Eleven is a landmark 71-storey residential tower developed by Binghatti Developers in collaboration with Mercedes-Benz, marking their second branded partnership after the success of the first iconic tower. Located within Mercedes-Benz Places Binghatti City in Meydan, Dubai, this project reflects a bold vision of branded urban living where architectural innovation meets automotive-inspired elegance.

The tower comprises approximately 1,384 residential units, offering a refined selection of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, complemented by 18 thoughtfully planned retail units at podium level. Every residence is designed to deliver a contemporary lifestyle with a focus on space efficiency, premium finishes, and seamless integration of smart technologies.

Vision One Eleven forms part of a much larger master development that includes 12 residential skyscrapers with over 13,000 residences in total. At the heart of the district stands the central landmark tower, Vision Iconic, rising to an impressive height of around 341 metres, establishing a striking skyline presence and a strong identity for the entire community.

The development is planned to be delivered in three phases over an estimated timeline of three and a half years. Conceptualized as a true city-within-a-city, the master plan integrates residential living with retail, wellness, sports, and entertainment facilities, creating a self-sustained urban environment tailored for modern lifestyles.

The exterior architecture draws heavily from Mercedes-Benz’s automotive design language, featuring horizontal podium lines inspiredby the brand’s iconic grille, floating visual elements above podium levels, and refined silver and chrome façade accents. Each of the 12 towers is named after a Mercedes-Benz concept vehicle, reinforcing the branded narrative throughout the development.

Interiors follow a sophisticated black-and-silver palette, enriched with leather and wood finishes that echo the luxury craftsmanship associated with Mercedes-Benz. Branded graphics, high-quality materials, and integrated smart home features come together to create living spaces that feel both exclusive and technologically advanced.

At the center of the master plan lies the Grand Promenade, a landscaped green spine featuring water elements, shaded walkways, art pavilions, and elevated pedestrian connections. Residents enjoy access to extensive leisure and wellness amenities, including family and infinity pools, fitness zones, sky jogging tracks, specialized sports clubs, lifestyle lounges, concierge services, and integrated electric vehicle charging and mobility solutions.
