Vision Iconic is the central landmark tower of Mercedes-Benz Places Binghatti City, representing the architectural and conceptual heart of the master-planned development in Meydan, Dubai. Rising to an approximate height of 341 metres, this signature tower anchors the entire district, around which 11 other residential skyscrapers are strategically arranged to create a dynamic and tiered skyline.

The master plan is designed as a city-within-a-city, with Vision Iconic acting as the visual and functional centerpiece of a development that will deliver more than 13,000 residences in total. The surrounding towers step down in height from the central structure, enhancing skyline harmony while ensuring visual prominence, open views, and an iconic urban identity.

Architecturally, Vision Iconic reflects Mercedes-Benz’s automotive design philosophy, expressed through horizontal podium lines inspired by the brand’s iconic grille, floating structural effects above podium levels, and refined silver and chrome exterior accents. The tower naming strategy across the district draws from Mercedes-Benz concept vehicles, reinforcing a strong branded narrative at an urban scale.

At the base of Vision Iconic lies the Grand Promenade, a landscaped green spine that connects all towers through shaded walkways, water features, art pavilions, and elevated pedestrian paths. The master plan integrates residential living with wellness, retail, sports, and lifestyle amenities, supported by smart mobility solutions and electric vehicle infrastructure, positioning Vision Iconic as the symbolic core of a future-ready luxury community.
