VISION AVTR is a mixed-use residential and retail development designed as part of the Mercedes-Benz Places vision within Binghatti City. The project is planned on a substantial plot of approximately 12,835.93 square meters, forming a contemporary high-rise that balances architectural clarity with urban functionality.

The building configuration includes a basement, ground floor, mezzanine level, five dedicated parking floors, 41 residential floors, two mechanical levels, and a rooftop.
